Custom URL access for all streamers!The website now supports access with a custom URL for every registered streamer. Links like this should work: https://www.simracingstreamers.com/Robertsmania It brings up the Recent Events page and shows their events and VOD links. Or if you have a favorite streamer, its a convenient way to go directly to their stuff. This is a great way for creators to publicize their activity and have an easy link for viewers to use and access their content. |

Unrecognized Twitch accounts go to registration.If you use a Twitch account name we do not have in the database, it goes to the start of the registration process, so you can proceed and add the association if its your account. If its not your account and its not a typo, its also a good way to encourage the broadcaster to register - share the link with them! Invalid names, or strings that could not possibly be a Twitch handle just go to a 404 not found page. I've thought about trying to do something more fancy, but looking at the logs the only times that kind of activity happens so far have been from bots/crawlers that appear to be up to no good - and I'm not enthusiastic about doing anything that encourages them. |

Social LinkIt also works well as a Social link in your Twitch profile. Add the full URL to all the places your social links are presented: Twitch, LinkedIn, iRacing Forum signature, etc... Viewers clicking on the link go directly to your content in SimRacingStreamers. Enjoy. |
